+armor vs X or + HP bonus?
My monk is getting herself a set of some very expensive armor...
I already have a Judges set and a +energy set
which should be the 3th set? im kinda thorn apart between Wanderers and + hp bonus, im not sure which would be more efficient in PVE (i never use my PVE monk for PVP)
Wanderes: cuz most of the damage in PVE is elemental, but would +10AL really be worth it? its not like im going to be out there tanking, ill be kiting and runing like hell if im attaked
HP bonus: ill be able to use a sup rune AND a major rune in 1 build to boost attributes with no REAL harm to my HP (it will stay at aproximately same level as it would be in the armor with no HP bonus)
what do u guys think?

But which armour?
General armour like "Hail to the King" inscription: Armor +5 (while health is above 50%) or an armour vs something?

hm... im not crazy about that inscription, you loose armor when you need it the most.
if your hp drops below 50% u need some protection (so u dont get whiped on the floor) or some healing to bring hp up again. Loosing armor doesnt seem advantagous. i know we are all sickened by the +x^50, but when it comes to armor... im not so sure its as good as it looks.

+10 armor while enchanted if you plan to be.

IMO, the 50>AL inscription is better than the 50<AL inscription, purely because health bars don't go down all that quickly anyway in PvE. Usually your monk heals you before going down below 50%.
Just my preference.

i personally prefer the +10 armor while enchanted if i want some bonus AL (+weapon set of course). If you are buying your new armor in Elona, it should not be a problem to change the insignias later for a new one

ive been monking quite alot in PVE and been wearing my Judges most of the time lately. in alot of situations i am wishing i either have armor vs elements (lol i got spoiled with awesome ranger armor) or a health bonus to have that +1 in divine favor i cant have...
im buying FOW, i dont think thats inscrivble... so ill have to spend like a mill gold on an armor thats not "changable"...

If you buy FoW, but the inscribable kind. There's no saying when the game is going to change, and for an investment like that you don't want it to go obsolete.
If you're only playing PvE, then I'd go with either Survivor's or Wanderer's depending on where you usually play. Survivor's is nice for really high level areas like Torment and Anguish, since the monsters can kill a normal character in one or two hits. Wanderer's is a nice swap to have in some areas, particularly since most elemental damage can't be kited. The hp armor is far and away the best choice for PvP, if you decide to use your monk there at some point. Then again, you can always change the insignia.

you can get inscribable, but possibly only if your chacater is elonian :/
HP would be the safest set to get, as it offers protection against everything

The character doesn't need to be Elonian to be able to buy insigniable Obsidian Armor.

You do need to have Nightfall, though.

I wish they made old FoW armors inscribable again
but OT, I would go +HP in PvP, and in PvE, probably armor, while enchanted imo
